Occasionally there are pricing errors on our website. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause. If a price on our website seems too good to be true, it likely is. Please contact us before placing your order for that product. Likewise, if a product seems abnormally high in price, please let us know so we can look into it.
If you place an order containing a product that is mispriced, Fanatik reserves the right to cancel the order. Placing your order with a mispriced item does not create a contract, nor does it legally bind us to sell the product at that price. We will contact you right away to notify you of the pricing error, and we will either revise the order to the right price pending your approval, or we will cancel the order and refund your money immediately.
