Shipping Method Explanation

We make it our mission to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 1:30pm PST will ship out the same day. Certain items including complete and/or custom bikes and custom wheelsets generally require 5 weeks lead time before shipping. Any products that are backordered or preordered will not ship until they are in stock.

Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Estimates for order arrival dates are not guaranteed. Estimates are roughly calculated, approximate dates.

Standard Free
Delivery is typically 1-7 business days depending on your location. We use the shipping provider of our choice for this shipping method, but feel free to leave a preference in your order notes.

Second Day
Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday before 1:30pm PST, it should arrive on Thursday. If you place an order on Tuesday after 1:30pm PST, the order will ship Wednesday and should arrive on Friday.

Next Day
Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. For example, if you place an order on Thursday before 1:30pm PST, it should arrive on Friday. If you place an order on Thursday after 1:30pm PST, the order will ship Friday and should arrive on Monday.

ProPack - Wheels and Bikes
Delivery is typically 1-7 business days depending on your location, and we ship standard ground. 1-7 days applies once the bike or wheels have been built and shipped, not when you place the order.

ProPack Expedited - Wheels and Bikes
Second day shipping, delivery by the end of the second business day after the bike or wheels have been built and shipped.

Ship 'n Ride - Bikes
Delivery is typically 1-7 business days depending on your location, and we ship via FedEx Freight. 1-7 days applies once the bike or wheels has been built and shipped, not when you place the order. This is also the default shipping method for E-MTB complete bikes because they contain lithium-ion batteries.

E-MTB Frame - FedEx Ground
E-MTB frames contain lithium-ion batteries and they require a hazardous materials certification to ship. Currently, we hold a hazardous materials certification with FedEx Ground.
