Yes, customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes incurred at customs. We get lots of requests from customers asking us to reduce the declared value of their package. Please don't ask, we cannot do this because it's illegal. Your package must be declared at the full value paid at the time of the order.
Additionally, we cannot offer any support determining how much duties/taxes will cost. You will need to contact your government customs office to get this information.
If your order is returned to us for any reason under your control, you are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed, as well as the cost of return shipping. When the shipment is received at Fanatik, we will issue a refund minus these charges.
