If the subtotal of your order is under $500, we will ship without a signature required upon delivery. If the subtotal of your order is $500 or more, you must select an option in the shopping cart to require a signature upon delivery or opt out.
We recommend that you require signature confirmation for delivery due to the possibility of damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If selected, this service will be provided at no additional cost to you.
If you choose to opt out of signature requirement, Fanatik cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
The only exception to this policy is when purchasing a complete bike and using our Ship 'n Ride delivery service, regardless of having selected that you do not want to require signature upon delivery. Your bike will be delivered to you via FedEx Freight and you must be present at the delivery location at the arranged time to sign for your bike.
