We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, most new and unused products may be returned within 45 days of purchase for a refund.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Be submitted for return within 45 days of purchase
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Final Sale products
- Fanatik Outlet products
- Custom-built bikes and wheel builds, including all bikes sold through Fanatik's Bike Builder
- Used products
- Orders shipped outside of the United States
Returns can be started through our online returns portal. Simply enter your order number and email address to begin the process.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Fanatik will cover the return shipping cost. For most other returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers who choose a Fanatik e-gift card (store credit) instead of a refund will receive free return shipping.
Please note that complete bike and frame returns are subject to a separate policy and must be initiated through Customer Service.
Items returned with missing packaging, signs of installation, or damage may be subject to a reduced refund or may not qualify for return.
