What should I do if my item was damaged during shipping?

We take great care in packaging every order, but shipping damage can occasionally occur.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Fanatik Customer Service as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please keep all original packaging and take photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping box
  • Any visible damage to the packaging
  • The shipping label

If possible, do not install, assemble, or ride a damaged product until you've spoken with our team.

We'll work with you to determine the best solution, whether that means replacing the item, providing replacement parts, arranging a return, or filing a shipping claim.

If you notice significant shipping damage at the time of delivery, you may also refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
